In the early spring of 2024 Viking was offering special discounts on several Christmas Markets cruises, an itinerary I really enjoy.  I asked Kim if she'd join me and was flatly turned down.  But to her credit she added that if I wanted to go I should go.  I reached out to my sister and my niece and Khloe said she was all aboard, so we are heading out on our second Viking River cruise together - the first also being a Christmas Markets cruise (along the Rhine in December 2022
